In short

We will tell you what is live before you commit

Provenza delivers triaged documents and their extracted structured data into your existing EHR workflow, so staff work in the system they already use rather than a second inbox. Integration depth varies by EHR — from document delivery with metadata through to structured filing against the patient chart — and we confirm exactly what is live for your system before you commit to anything.

Depth levels

Integration is not binary

Four levels. Any vendor claiming the top level for every system is overstating.

01

Delivery

The triaged document reaches the right queue in your system, with its classification and urgency attached as metadata.

02

Structured handoff

Extracted fields — patient, provider, document type, key clinical values — passed as structured data, not just as a PDF.

03

Chart filing

The document filed against the correct patient and encounter, in the right document category, inside the EHR.

04

Task creation

A task or work item created and assigned in the EHR, carrying the response SLA, so the clock lives where the work happens.

How we answer this

Our commitment on integration claims

This is the question where vendors most often disappoint customers, so we handle it deliberately.

We name the level

For your specific EHR and version, we tell you which of the four levels is live today. Not "supported" — which level.

We name the date

Anything not live gets a date or an honest "not planned". We do not say "on the roadmap" as a way of saying no.

We show it before you sign

Integration behaviour is demonstrated during evaluation, against your system, not described in a slide.

Interface engines count

Where a direct integration is not available, delivery through an existing interface engine often is. We will tell you which applies.

No migration required

Provenza does not replace your EHR, your fax line or your document store. It works on what you already run.

You keep working where you work

The point of integration is that staff never open a second system. If they have to, the integration has not done its job.

Questions

Common questions

Which EHRs does Provenza integrate with?

Integration depth varies by system and version. Rather than publish a logo wall, we confirm exactly which of the four depth levels is live for your specific EHR before you commit to anything.

What if there is no direct integration for our system?

Delivery through an existing interface engine is frequently available where a direct integration is not. We will tell you plainly which applies to you.

Do we have to replace our EHR or fax line?

No. Provenza works on the systems you already run. There is no migration and no second inbox for staff to check.

Can Provenza write into the patient chart?

At the chart-filing depth level, yes — the document is filed against the correct patient and encounter in the right category. Whether that level is live for your system is exactly what we confirm up front.

Why not just publish a list of supported EHRs?

Because "supported" hides the difference between delivering a PDF to a queue and filing structured data against an encounter. Naming a depth level per system is more useful and harder to overstate.
