THE EARLY ACCESS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT
WARRANTIES THAT THE EARLY ACCESS SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED

ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES
DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE EARLY ACCESS SOFTWARE
DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS
DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, OR OTHER HARMFUL CODE

IN NO EVENT SHALL AURUS.AI'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED $100 USD.

BY USING THE EARLY ACCESS SOFTWARE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
