The Aurus platform reads business documents of almost any kind: invoices, purchase orders, receipts, bills of lading, remittances, contracts with their amendments and exhibits, statements of work and timesheets, mortgage loan files, and clinical faxes. Native PDFs and scans are read the same way, and low-confidence values are flagged for review.
For healthcare, Provenza reads every inbound fax, identifies the patient and document type, scores clinical criticality, applies a response SLA, routes it and tracks it to disposition. For pharma and manufacturing, CFO 360 checks receipts, packing lists and certificates of analysis against the purchase order and material spec, and reads batch records before lot release. Aurus has not yet published measured time savings; when it does, they will come with sample size and method.
CFO 360 reads bills of lading, terminal records, carrier invoices, packing lists and purchase orders together, checks each charge and quantity against contract and tolerance, flags the discrepancies, and drafts the dispute with its evidence. It connects to your ERP and writes validated results back.
Yes. CONCORD is our mortgage product. It classifies every document in a loan file, extracts borrower, income, asset, property and loan fields with page citations, compares them across the file, and raises each conflict and missing document with both sides of the evidence, so the file is clean before underwriting. It prepares the file; the underwriter decides.
For finance teams, CFO 360 reconciles both flows. On procure-to-pay it matches invoices to purchase orders, receipts and contract prices, and withholds approval on anything outside tolerance. On quote-to-cash it finds underbilled rates, unbilled change orders, short-pays, unapplied cash, discount overruns and early recognition. Every finding carries its document and clause. Aurus has not yet published measured time savings.
The Aurus platform connects to ERPs and business systems including SAP, Oracle, NetSuite and QuickBooks, plus email, EDI and cloud drives such as SharePoint and Google Drive. Validated results are written back to your system of record, by API or webhook.
Every extracted field carries a confidence score, and low-confidence values are flagged for a person to review rather than asserted. Aurus has not yet published measured accuracy from live deployments; when it does, the figure will come with sample size and method. The best test is a free trial on your own documents.
